These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of TradingSimuLab, including its website, application, research tools, models, watchlist features, APIs, articles, educational materials, account features and subscription services.

By accessing or using TradingSimuLab, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the service.

TradingSimuLab does not provide personalized investment advice.

Educational and informational use only

TradingSimuLab provides research tools, model outputs, simulations, indicators, probabilities, market commentary and educational materials for informational and educational purposes only.

TradingSimuLab is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, financial adviser, portfolio manager, signal provider or trade-execution service.

TradingSimuLab does not:

  • execute trades;
  • manage user funds;
  • custody assets;
  • recommend that a particular user buy, sell or hold a security;
  • determine whether an investment is suitable for a user; or
  • provide personalized financial, legal, tax or accounting advice.

Users remain responsible for their own research, decisions and actions.

Accounts

Some TradingSimuLab features require an account.

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account information;
  • maintaining control of your email account and authentication methods;
  • keeping account access secure;
  • preventing unauthorized use of your account; and
  • notifying TradingSimuLab if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.

You may not access another user’s account without authorization or share account access where doing so circumvents plan, API, security or usage restrictions.

Free and paid services

TradingSimuLab may offer free and paid plans.

Interactive research tools, API access, request limits, API keys, watchlist functionality and other features may differ between plans.

Current plan names, prices, billing periods, API limits and included features are shown on the TradingSimuLab Pricing page, application or checkout flow.

Because TradingSimuLab may change its plans or features over time, the plan and pricing information displayed at the time of purchase controls the applicable commercial terms for that purchase.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically where disclosed during checkout.

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another displayed payment processor.

By purchasing a paid subscription, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts disclosed during checkout, including recurring charges where applicable.

Taxes, currency, billing frequency and renewal terms will be shown where applicable.

You may cancel a subscription through the available account or billing-management flow. Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, cancellation generally prevents the next renewal and does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

Refund rights required by applicable consumer law are not affected by these Terms.

API access

TradingSimuLab may provide access to model outputs or other functionality through application programming interfaces (“APIs”).

API access may be subject to:

  • API-key limits;
  • monthly request quotas;
  • rate limits;
  • technical restrictions;
  • authentication requirements; and
  • plan-specific access rules.

You may not evade or bypass API limits, rotate accounts or credentials to circumvent quotas, share API credentials in an unauthorized manner, or intentionally overload TradingSimuLab systems.

API availability, endpoints, response formats, models, rate limits and quotas may change as the service evolves.

TradingSimuLab does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted API availability.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse TradingSimuLab.

You may not:

  • attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the service;
  • introduce malware or harmful code;
  • bypass usage, billing, account, API or security restrictions;
  • scrape or extract the service in a manner prohibited by these Terms;
  • reverse engineer private model logic, scoring methods or backend systems;
  • use TradingSimuLab unlawfully;
  • misrepresent TradingSimuLab outputs as guaranteed predictions or personalized recommendations;
  • remove or intentionally obscure important disclaimers;
  • resell or redistribute proprietary outputs without permission; or
  • use TradingSimuLab’s private methodology, interface, model logic or protected materials to clone or substantially replicate the service.

Intellectual property

TradingSimuLab and its licensors retain all rights in the TradingSimuLab platform and proprietary materials, including where applicable:

  • software and source code;
  • model names and presentation;
  • scoring frameworks;
  • research methodology;
  • interfaces and design;
  • written content;
  • graphics;
  • databases;
  • API structure; and
  • proprietary backend logic.

Public educational materials may be read, referenced and reasonably cited, but their publication does not grant permission to reproduce, resell, commercially redistribute or recreate proprietary TradingSimuLab systems or methodology.

User-generated or submitted information

Where TradingSimuLab allows users to submit information, symbols, settings, watchlists or other inputs, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of that information is lawful.

You retain rights you may have in information you submit.

You grant TradingSimuLab the limited rights reasonably necessary to process that information in order to operate, secure and provide the relevant service.

Model and data limitations

TradingSimuLab models and research outputs are inherently uncertain.

Outputs may be incorrect, delayed, incomplete, unavailable or affected by:

  • data quality;
  • data-provider limitations;
  • market conditions;
  • assumptions;
  • statistical limitations;
  • software errors;
  • model changes;
  • third-party outages; or
  • unexpected events.

Indicators, probabilities, simulations, model scores, expected values, VaR, CVaR, drawdowns, risk-reward measures, trend readings, timing readings, macro readings and similar outputs are estimates and research tools.

They are not guarantees of future performance.

Market risk

Trading and investing involve risk, including possible loss of capital.

Past performance, historical relationships, backtests, simulations, model validation and previous outputs do not guarantee future results.

Markets can behave differently from historical data or model assumptions.

You should independently evaluate information and consider qualified professional advice where appropriate.

Third-party services

TradingSimuLab may rely on third-party providers for services such as:

  • hosting;
  • authentication;
  • payments;
  • market data;
  • email communications;
  • analytics;
  • security; and
  • technical infrastructure.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy policies.

TradingSimuLab is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

Availability and changes to the service

TradingSimuLab may modify, add, suspend, limit or discontinue features, models, APIs, plans, quotas, tools, pages or other parts of the service.

We may also perform maintenance or make changes required for security, reliability, technical development or legal compliance.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Suspension and termination

TradingSimuLab may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where a user:

  • breaches these Terms;
  • misuses the service;
  • attempts unauthorized access;
  • circumvents billing or usage restrictions;
  • creates a security risk;
  • engages in unlawful activity; or
  • materially interferes with the operation of TradingSimuLab.

Users may stop using TradingSimuLab at any time and may cancel paid subscriptions through the available account or billing-management options.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradingSimuLab is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • model outputs will be accurate;
  • data will always be current or complete;
  • the service will operate without interruption;
  • a particular model or feature will remain available;
  • research outputs will produce any particular financial result; or
  • the platform will meet every user’s individual requirements.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradingSimuLab will not be liable for losses resulting from reliance on market research or model outputs, including:

  • trading or investment losses;
  • missed opportunities;
  • market movements;
  • inaccurate or delayed data;
  • model errors;
  • service outages;
  • API interruptions; or
  • indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of TradingSimuLab, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the TradingSimuLab Privacy Policy.

Marketing communications may also be subject to subscription and unsubscribe preferences described in that policy.

Changes to these Terms

TradingSimuLab may update these Terms from time to time.

The revised version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Where required by law, additional notice of material changes may be provided.

Continued use of TradingSimuLab after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, unless mandatory law applicable to a user requires otherwise.

Disputes relating to these Terms or the use of TradingSimuLab will be subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply.
