How TradingSimuLab may collect, use, protect, and share information when you use the educational market research platform.

Last updated: 2026-06-01

Plain-English note

This page is provided for transparency and general information. It is not legal advice. TradingSimuLab is an educational market research platform that provides model explanations, account features, articles, watchlist workflows, and subscription access to research tools.

This policy explains the categories of information that may be collected, why that information is used, and the choices available to users. Some processing depends on third-party providers such as hosting platforms, Firebase or Google sign-in, analytics or security tools, and Stripe for payment processing.

Who TradingSimuLab is

TradingSimuLab provides educational market research tools for users who want to study trend quality, trend durability, timing context, macro conditions, and simulated downside risk. The platform is not a broker and does not execute transactions. Account features may be used to manage sign-in, subscriptions, saved access, and future watchlist functionality.

When this policy says TradingSimuLab, we, us, or our, it refers to the TradingSimuLab website, static education pages, account pages, and related platform workflows. The service may be delivered through hosting, authentication, payment, analytics, and security providers that help operate the platform.

Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the site, TradingSimuLab may collect account email, sign-in provider details such as Google or Firebase identifiers, basic profile information, subscription or customer status, support messages, tool usage events, page visits, browser and device data, approximate location inferred from IP address, cookies, local storage, session data, and optional analytics or performance data where used.

We may also process account state such as whether a user is signed in, whether a subscription appears active, token or quota status, and billing-portal access status. Payment card details should be entered only through Stripe or another payment processor shown at checkout. TradingSimuLab should not store full payment card numbers on its own static pages.

How information is used

Information may be used to provide account access, restore sign-in state, operate educational tools, manage subscriptions, connect billing status, respond to support requests, improve performance and reliability, diagnose errors, prevent abuse or fraud, maintain security, enforce terms, and comply with applicable obligations.

Usage and device data may help us understand whether pages load correctly, whether account sync works, whether a tool is unavailable, or whether users experience broken links or failed requests. We use this kind of information to improve the product experience rather than to provide personalized financial advice.

Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe or the payment processor shown at checkout. TradingSimuLab should not receive or store full card details. Stripe may provide customer ID, subscription status, invoice status, payment status, billing portal events, and related metadata needed to operate subscription access.

If you cancel or change a subscription, some account and billing records may remain available for operational, accounting, support, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons. The exact billing flow may depend on the plan shown in the account page or checkout screen.

Firebase, Google sign-in, cookies, and local storage

TradingSimuLab may use Firebase or Google sign-in to authenticate users and restore account sessions. Required cookies, local storage, and session data may be used to keep users signed in, reduce flicker during auth restoration, remember account state, and support secure backend sync.

Optional analytics or performance cookies may be used where configured. If advertising tools are used later, Google and third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads, measure ads, or personalize ads where applicable. Browser settings may allow you to limit or delete cookies, but some account features may not work correctly without required storage.

Sharing and service providers

We may share information with service providers that help operate the platform, including hosting providers, authentication providers, payment processors, analytics or security tools, email or support providers, and professional advisers where needed. We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, fraud prevention, security protection, or enforcement of our terms.

TradingSimuLab does not sell personal information as a standalone business model. If future laws require a specific opt-out or disclosure mechanism for certain advertising or analytics activities, the site should add that notice before those activities are used.

Retention, choices, and requests

We keep account, subscription, support, security, and usage records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, provide support, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and provider systems involved.

Users may contact support to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy-related help where applicable. Users may cancel subscriptions through the account or billing flow where available, manage browser cookie controls, and choose whether to send support messages. Some requests may be limited by legal, security, billing, or operational requirements.

Security, children, and international users

TradingSimuLab aims to use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including trusted providers for authentication, payments, hosting, and account access. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, and users should protect their own account credentials and devices.

The service is not directed to children under 13 or below the local digital consent age. International users should understand that data may be processed in different countries depending on the providers used to operate the service.
