By using TradingSimuLab (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Educational use only: TradingSimuLab provides educational tools and paper‑trading simulations. We do not provide financial advice or facilitate real‑money trading.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3) Subscriptions (Web)

Website subscriptions are processed by Stripe and may be subject to taxes. Plans renew automatically until you cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are handled per platform policy and applicable law.

4) Acceptable Use

No reverse engineering, abuse, automated scraping, or circumvention of limits. Do not share accounts or interfere with the Service.

5) Third‑Party Links

Our site or app may link to third‑party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Any dealings with third‑party advertisers or services are solely between you and the third party.

6) Intellectual Property

All software, code, and content are owned by TradingSimuLab or licensors. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license for personal educational use.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Disputes will be resolved in its courts, unless otherwise required by law.
